About Karine Guibert

Karine Guibert is a professional executive coach with an expertise on change. She provides transition coaching, in English and in French, to teams and executives who are eager and ready for a change towards what they want to achieve. She helps them move forward, make the most out of a transition, support collective changes, and initiate the one change that will radically transform them for the better.

Karine spent 15 years as a consultant in change management and organization development, first in global consulting group, Capgemini, and then in one of the biggest non-profit organization in France, Humanity & Inclusion. Splitting her time between France and the United-States, where she lived for almost a decade, she led major national and international projects of transformation for industries including automotive, manufacturing, public sector, healthcare, and services. She also was a trainer in change management, project management, risk management and inter-cultural challenges.

Karine’s coaching journey started out of the strong belief that change does not have to be hard and that a transition can always lead to an improvement. She puts her unique understanding of transformation challenges to the service of her clients, knowing that with work and commitment, they can overcome any resistance and move forward to a whole new level of satisfaction and performance.

Very much focused on the effect and challenges of change on people, to better support organizations’ strategies and goals, Karine knows what it takes to make a challenging and rewarding transition. It is her convictions that:

  • No-one should settle for a good-enough situation that brings frustration and regrets
  • With the right support, any change, even worrying and/or resisting, can be achieved
  • Any transition, even not by choice and/or causing imbalance, can be a way to strengthen what is the most important for you.

Karine holds credentials in both coaching and organization development. She is a professional executive coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an MBTI practitioner, and a facilitator of the Immunity to Change approach for teams and individuals. She also holds a Master’s degree in Change Management and an MBA in Organization Development with the state University of Pennsylvania.

As a coach, Karine is described by her clients as the right combination of pushing and caring. She is a determined professional dedicated to her clients’ objectives and, without judgment and in total respect of their choices, she helps them grow and make the lasting individual and collective change they expect.
