Alexandra has more than 20 years of experience in supporting individual and collective change, across different industries. She acted 6 years as a management consultant supporting change initiatives and 6 years as a strategic marketing manager for an international organization, reporting to the Executive Team.
The last 10 years she specialized in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team performance, Systemics and Resilience.

Over the last 3 years, Alexandra acted as a Leadership expert and Coach within PwC and lead the L&D department. She contributed to the development of the coaching & mentoring culture within the Firm and designed new leadership solutions at partner level and management level aiming at developing authentic, resilient and responsible leaders for the future. As the Head of L&D, she highly contributed to the transformation of the L&D team towards a team of trusted advisors delivering state-of-the art learning solutions to their clients.

Alexandra is passionate about Neuroscience and develops all her solutions taking into account the potential of the human brain. She therefore puts a specific emphasis on experiential and spaced learning.

She is an active mindfulness practitioner and invests more than 20 days a year in continuous development, focusing on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
