This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how AcePoint Consulting, Inc., with a principal place of business at 1345 Avenue of the Americas, 2nd Floor, New York, New York 10105, email: [email protected] (“AcePoint Consulting”) collects, uses and shares the personal information of consumer users of AcePoint Consulting’s services and internet website (collectively, “Site”). WHAT ACEPOINT CONSULTING COLLECTS

AcePoint Consulting stores your personal information on our servers in encrypted form using AES256 bit encryption. AcePoint Consulting does not employ any other technological measures to secure your personal information. AcePoint Consulting uses reasonable commercial efforts to restrict access to your personal information to our employees, contractors, and agents, for whom the information is necessary to respond to you and provide, maintain and improve the Site.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
